Shipping Fees

The following shipping fees (including tax) apply to each order. Please note that shipping fees are charged per order.

Domestic Shipping

A flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) applies to all domestic orders.

International Shipping

International shipping fees are based on the weight of the items and the destination region, as follows.

Payment will not be charged when you place your pre-order, but rather when the item is shipped. Please check the expiration date of your credit card before placing your pre-order.

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

You can download receipts from "Order History" in My Page.
Log in to My Page (Order History) and search for the relevant order.
"Print Receipt" will be displayed.
Click "Print Receipt" and enter the receipt's addressee, address, and description.
Click "Print / Save as PDF" to download it as a PDF.

To ensure our customers can shop safely and securely, we have implemented "Shop Pay," a payment system with world-class security standards.

If you have used "Shop Pay" at other stores previously:
By clicking the "Shop Pay" button displayed on the screen, your name, address, and credit card information will be automatically filled in, allowing you to complete the process smoothly.
